Notice is hereby given for the 2nd Central Executive Committee meeting of the India Revenue Service ( Customs & Central Excise) Promotee Officers' Association to be held on 27.06.15 at Kolkata. Venue: NACEN, Kolkata. Date and Time: 11. AM to 6 PM, All the Office Bearers, CEC Members, including ex-officio executive members and Delegates(only Promotee IRS officers) are cordially invited to attend the said meeting. Agenda 1. Presidential Address 2. Vetting of Minutes of Central Executive Committee held at Mumbai on 21.12.2014. 2. Presentation of Action taken Note by Secretary General. 3.Discussions on the problems faced by promotee IRS Officers 4.Draft Recruitment Rules. 5. Change of name of the Association. . 6. Presentation of resolutions/Points etc and adoption of resolutions if any. 7. Funds. 8. Creation of zone wise units. 9. Formation of Joint Forum 10. Fixation of venue for General Body Meeting of the Association to conduct election and adoption of Constitution of the Association.. 7. Any other subject with the permission of the Chair 8. A Meeting of leaders of all service Associations of CBEC will be held to discuss about formation of a Joint Forum amongst all the cadres of CBEC and allied matters. The office bearers of National level as well as local level of all other associations are to be invited by Shri S.K. Patil the Organising Secretary & Shri A.S. Roy considering the suitability. Both Shri A.Roy and Shri S.K. Patil are here by authorized to invite all delegates, leaders of other Associations ( local & national level) duly consulting the President Shri A.K. Sharma. Many leaders of other Associations such as POs, Cus(P), Ministerial have already been furnished their willingness to attend the meeting and join in the joint platform.
