 Officers' Association congratulates  to all the 

officers promoted on 22.10.14 to the post of Asst.

 Commissioner. 

Indian Revenue Service (C & CE) Promotee 

Officers' Association invitees all such IRS 

promotee  officers to join in this Association. This 

Association is an welfare Association and not a 

service Association because retired officers are also 

members of this Association. Members of this 

Association can be member in any other service 

Association. Till the constitution of this Association 

is being framed and a committee is being elected, 

Shri Lokanath Mishra has been requested to work 

as National Convenor of this Association for the 

time being.  National Convenor can appoint any 

one as Zonal Convenor for the time being till office 

bearers are being elected. National Convenor can 

convene a meeting for election of office bearers. All 

willing officers are requested to contact the 

National Convenor for membership of this 

Association.
