IRS(C&CE)POA in a representation dated  17.02.15  raised demand before the FM for issuance  of immediate direction  to CBEC to conduct immediate DPC  to grant promotion to the post of Asst. Commissioner against  (1) left out vacant posts of 13-14, (2) 14-15 ( 3) 15-16 and down gradation of  unfilled senior level posts . The leaders of the Association are likely to meet the Secretary (Revenue) in the next week.
