CENTRAL EXECUTIVE MEETING OF IRSPOA TO BE HELD AT KOLKATA

Appeal to all promottee Group-A Officers in connection with the ensuing All India meeting at Kolkata under the auspices of Indian Revenue Service ( Customs & Central Excise ) Promotee Officers' Association

Dear friends,

Kolkata is eagerly waiting to welcome delegates from all parts of India in the ensuing meeting on 27/28^th of June 2015(details given below) to explore ways of strong Association involving Group-A promottee Officers all over India, to give a thrust to the Association activities, to discuss burning issues affecting the cadre and to consolidate all the cadre Associations on an all India basis to intensify the legitimate demands.

The  meeting has been notified in the website CENGAO INDIA(cengao.blogspot.in) .

The organizers are putting all efforts together, understandably, within its very limited financial resource, to make the meeting a grand success and to ensure best possible comfort to the delegates.

To make the meeting democratic, meaningful, productive, consequential and significant, it is, however, a dire necessity that prior to the Kolkata meeting,  a meeting in each Zone is held amongst the promottee Group A officers of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax to make them aware about the purpose of the meeting and also to evolve, in the form of a resolution, specific and concrete proposal(s) for discussssion in the all India Meeting.

The other importnt ingredient of a successful meeting are the presence of  representation(s) from each and every Zone. That has to be ensured by sending delegates from every Zone to the Kolkata meeting.

So, honourable friends, please take intitiative to make the ensuing meeting a grand success.

The delegates are earnestly requested to send the names, journey details and the Resolutions in the manner given in the next page ahead of the schedule both by mail and telephone for convenience of the organizers.

Keeping in mind the limited financial resources of a newly formed organisation, a delegate fee of Rs 1500.00 has been decided to be collected per delegate.
