IRS  (INDIRECT TAXES)OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION

Time schedule:

1.  Completion of Unit level general body meeting (amongst 60% of promote IRS officers posted in the jurisdiction) and election by all the 23 units- within October, 2015.

2.  Submission of application to Secretary General  for Affiliation along with necessary documents evidencing about conducting of general body meeting and election & necessary  affiliation fees @ Rs.200.00 per member by all the 23 units- within 15.11.2015.

3.  Issue of affiliation certificates to affiliated units by Secretary General – within 25.11.2015.

4.  Circulation of draft Constitution by Constitutional Committee to all affiliated Units – within 30.11.15.

5.  General Body Meeting of AIB will be held on 19.12.15 & 20.12.15 at Ludhiana to adopt Constitution first and thereafter to conduct election.
