IRS (INDIRECT TAXES) OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION
Notice for General Body Meeting at Ludhiana,
on 31st October & 1st November , 2015
Notice is hereby issued for the General Body meeting of the IRS(Indirect Taxes) Officers’ Association to be held on 31st October & 1stNovember , 2015 at Ludhiana.
The Meeting shall commence at 11:00 AM sharp on 31.10.2015 and conclude by 05:00 PM on 01.11.2015.
Agenda
1. Presidential Address
2. Reading and Confirmation of the minutes of CEC Meeting held at Kolkata.
3. Tabling of Action Taken Report (ATR) by the Secretary General.
4. Discussion on ATR.
5. Adoption of Constitution.
6. Election of new Body.
7. Fixing of Date and Venue of the next Meeting .
8. Any other items with the permission of the Chair
The Venue of the Meeting shall be informed very soon, once it is confirmed by the President Shri A.K.Sharma.
Note:-
1. Each Unit is hereby requested to submit details of their accounts, which may kindly be sent to the Secretary General/President by e-mail by 25.10.2015 in order to enable incorporation of the same in the Action Taken Report to be presented by the Secretary General.
2. Confirmation of attendance and details of arrival and departure of all delegates (Name, Mobile No., Post held in Unit) who shall be attending the said meeting may please be made by the concerned Unit Secretary to the President Shri A.K.sharma through his email id latest by 25.10.2015:-
3. All Units desirous of participating in the meeting are required to email to President and Secretary General latest by 25.10.2015, the information in the appended format for proper maintenance and updating of records and accounts. Please realize that this is of utmost importance and an absolute precondition for effective participation in the Meeting and election.
4. Any Unit desirous of sponsoring any resolution in the meeting may send a draft of the same with brief explanatory notes to the President and Secretary General latest by 25.10.2015.
