It has been decided to create the following units for IRS(Indirect Taxes) Officers Association throughout the country.

1.    Ahmedabad Unit.

2.    Bengaluru Unit.

3.    Mysore Unit.

4.    Bhopal Unit.

5.    Bhubaneswar Unit.

6.    Chandigarh Unit.

7.    Chennai Unit.

8.    Cochin Unit.

9.    Coimbatore Unit.

10.  Delhi Unit.

11.  Hyderabad Unit.

12.  Jaipur Unit.

13.  Kolkata Unit.

14.  Lucknow Unit.

15.  Meerut Unit.

16.  Mumbai Unit.

17.  Nagpur Unit.

18.  Pune Unit.

19.  Ranchi Unit..

20.  Shillong Unit.

21.  Vadodara Unit.

22.  Visakhapatnam Unit.

23.  Thiruchirappalli Unit.

All the Units are requested to convey a general body meeting under their respective jurisdictions and elect the office bearers (where election has not yet been conducted) and procure an attendance sheet about conducting of such general body meeting and election. The election results, signature statements and prescribed affiliation fees may please be submitted to Secretary General for issue of affiliation certificates. After issue of affiliation certificates, a request will be made to Board for provisional recognition with intimation about deduction of subscription through check up systems. The affiliation fees may be collected from members in cash as initial subscriptions by each and every unit. The All India General Body meeting of all affiliated units will be held after submission of representation to Board for provisional recognition.
