Indian Revenue Service ( Customs and Central Excise) Promotee Officers’Association :

An informal meeting was held at Daman on 02.11.2014 amongst the recent promotee IRS officers. It has been decided  that first  different Zonal  committees are to be formed democratically by election and after the election process of different zones are over then the office bearers for the  all India Body  will be elected democratically by the representatives of such zonal committees  in a general body meeting to be held during January 2015 and till that date adhoc committee will be continued to perform day to day work and   to appear for oral evidences on 09.11.2014 at Mumbai before  7^th CPC. The office bearers of AIACEGEO are ex officio members of the executive committee of Indian Revenue Service ( Customs and Central Excise) Promotee Officers’Association at both the levels zonal as well as All India. Shri B.A. Chakrabarthy will present the draft Constitution before the all India meeting for approval duly making prior circulation to all the zonal committees and also duly making posting such draft constitution in the blog post in the name and style ‘cengao.blogspot.in” It has been decided by the AIACEGEO that one promotee IRS officers will be nominated by each and every  local  executive committee as member of such local executive committee. One Zonal President, one Zonal Secretary and 3 executive committee members are to be elected in each and every zone. Retired officers and serving IRS promotee officers are eligible members for this Association.  The following officers are requested to convey a meeting in the zone/zones as stated against their names to elect zonal office bearers immediately:

3.    Shri V.P.Singh- Bihar / Jhadkhand.

4.    Shri S.Dev- Shillong.

5.    A.Roy- West Bengal.

7.    Shri Giri- MP/ Chhatisgarh.

8.    Shri S.K. Jha- Gujrat.

9.    Shri H. Roy- Andhra Pradesh/ Seemandra Pradesh.

10.                       Shri B.A. Chakrabarthy- Chennai and Bangalur.

11.                       Shri Jaganathan- Coimbatore.

12.                       Shri R. Geroge- Kerala.

13.                       Shri S.K. Pareek- Jaipur.
