Good morning,
Shri A.K.Sharma , President desires that we should represent DOPT for direct promotion to STS / batch wise up gradation and enhancement of retirement age. You must have seen the memorandum submitted before 7th CPC. On the basis of the  same please send drafts immediately for submission of the same with a request not to change any stand on last movement like comment on memorandum. If required please consult your advocate for filing of cases either at CAT or Supreme Court. We require to convey a meeting amongst the adhoc zonal conveners.
