                                             Notice for a Meeting
Notice is hereby issued for a meeting of the willing members of  IRS(Indirect Taxes) Officers’ Association  and retired IRS Officers to be held on 25^th October 2015 at Ludhiana to create one welfare Association amongst retiring and retired promote IRS Officers. The Meeting shall commence at 11:00 AM sharp on 25.10.2015 and conclude by 05:00 PM on 25.10.2015.

Agenda
1. Presidential Address
2. Adoption of Constitution & name of the welfare Association.
3.Election of new Body.

4. Discussions on different problems of the retired promote IRS Officers.

5. Adoption of resolution.
6. Any other items with the permission of the Chair


The Venue of the Meeting shall be informed very soon, once it is confirmed by the
host unit.
