Sub- Recognition of Association under CCS(Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 1993-  regarding.

We beg to inform you that the Promotee IRS(Customs & Central Excise) Officers  have formed their Association in the name of  Indian Revenue Service(Indirect Taxes) Officers’ Association. The Secretary General of this Association is the Convener of JAC of all the Association of CBEC.  This Association is going to conduct its General Body Meeting at ----------------on --------------amongst its affiliated units to adopt Constitution and to elect new office bearers. After completion of General Body Meeting, this Association will apply for the Recognition of the Association under CCS(Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 1993 along with the names of office bearers, copy of Constitution and all other required documents.
