Shri K.S. Pandit ,. AC(rtd) filed a case in Apex Court for applicability of revised ratio 13.2.1 w.e.f 1997.

Hon’ble Supreme Court had adjourned the hearing on the petition filed , from 16.03.2015 by 4 weeks and had converted the petition from a Non-Miscellaneous petition to Miscellaneous Petition.
