DRAFT RECRUITMENT RULES.

Dear friends, Namaste. The draft amendments in the IRS Rules have been placed on the site of CBEC. No need to say that every possible discrimination & degradation has been used by the drafter at the time of the drafting the amendments showing their clear intention that our officers should not reach above the post of Superintendent. The due amendments without any discrimination or degradation should have also been made well in time immediately after the notification of the cadre restructuring. But very unfortunately, no seriousness was shown by the CBEC either to promote our officers or amend RRs timely. It means that future DPCs for our promotions would also be delayed as per the past practice in CBEC due to the want of amendments in RRs which are yet to be approved by the nodal departments.    Friends, don’t forget that nothing is easy for us. We have to toil hard to get our prospects improved. So, be all united leaving aside the entire complacence. We have to fight absolutely to get 1000 rupees note instead of thinking for 1, 2, 5 or 10 rupees coin. Also don’t forget to send the immediate comments on proposed amendments in the IRS RRs.
