Dear friends, Namaste. 1. The counter-reply of the Govt in MACP case  has been sent to all units by mails.. All are requested to send the immediate feedback in r/o the rejoinder to be filed by our advocate. The case is posted for 27.01.15. 2. For time scale in PB3 case, CAT proposed the case to be decided by Lok Adalat. We agreed to the proposal but Govt didn’t agree. Now, case is posted for 04.03.15 and rejoinder is to be filed by our advocate. 3. Parity/RRs case is on final hearing and posted for 16.02.15. On last three dates, it didn’t reach the hearing. 4. Rejoinder is also to be filed in Jabalpur High Court pay-arrears case/writ. It is tried to be pursued with Sh. K. V. Sriniwas, the General Secretary of Nagpur Unit, who is the applicant as the then Secretary General of Inspectors Association and also being pursued with Sh. K. P. Rai, the President of SC/ST Officers Association, who is an individual applicant in it. 5. Cases of pay-scale and arrears are also being pursued with our Bhubaneshwar Unit which are pending in Cuttack CAT.     NO NEED TO SAY THAT WE NEED BIG FUNDS TO FIGHT THE LEGAL CASES. Love, Ravi.
