All the Associations of field formations of CBIC have forgotten Martyr Tarun Kumar Dutta ( ex Inspector of Central Excise) who made the supreme sacrifice on 12th September 12 years ago in fighting drug smugglers. The members of All India Association of Pensioners of CBIC salute the brave heart, the only officer from Indian Central Excise/ DRI/Indian Customs to have been decorated with Kirti Chakra & twice with the Presidential Awards
