Subject: Implementation of NR Parmar Decision from 1986 by CBDT - Instructions issued

CBDT vide  the instructions dated 29.09.2014 issued to  its field formations has  clarified  as under: 1. The inter-se-seniority of DRs and PRs have to be fixed from 1986 to 27.11.2012 base upon SC';s decision; 2. The seniority of DRs would arise from the year in which the requisition was sent to SSC for conducting examination and filling up of posts of Inspectors; 3. For assigning correct seniority to DRs and PRs, review DPCs have to be conducted by Cadre Control Zones; 4. Task Force has to be formed for early implementation of Apex Court';s decision and to complete the exercise of review DPCs latest by 10th October 2014.
