Shri S.K. Patil, Organising Secretary is requested to collect contact mobile nos. and email id of all Zonal Conveners and forward the same for posting in blogpost. He is requested to convince all zonal conveners to conduct zonal meeting and zonal election immediately. After completion of zonal elections ( at least 15 zones) meeting at all India level will be conveyed by providing one month notice.

Shri B.A. Chakrabarthy is requested to prepare the draft constitution and first forward the same to  all adhoc office bearers and after scrutiny of the same by office bearers, the same will be posted in blogpost and circulated to all zonal conveners and finally it will be placed before general body for approval.

Since at present all Promotee , central excise Gr-A officers are members of AIACEGEO, the office bearers of local AIACEGEO may be requested to provide necessary assistance for zonal level election and meeting etc.

Retired IRS promotee officers are required to be invited to zonal meeting as they are also members of our such welfare association.
